Olof Palme was labelled as a Communist by the CIA already before he took office as Prime Minister in 1969. Reasons included his opposition concerning the Vietnam War. Palme wanted an end to the inhumane suffering of the Vietnamese people. When the war could be summarized, the U.S. had lost 58 000 men. The Vietnamese Government, in 1995 , has stated that 5.2 million Vietnamese were killed in the war. It's likely that the greatest critic of the Vietnam War, Olof Palme, was placed high on the CIA's death list when the final summary was made.

In the early 80's Sweden was subject to submarine infringements. It all culminated in the fall of 1982 with the so-called Hårsfjärden incident ( 59° 3'46.53"N 18° 8'21.51"E ). The same autumn had Palme been re-elected as Prime Minister after the Social Democrat's election victory. Officers at Berga naval base were convinced that the Soviet Union was behind the infringements. The evidence pointed to were the propeller sounds (cavitation sounds) that the submarines emitted. It was well documented previously which "sound profile" each type (class) of submarine had. The sounds captured matched the Soviet submarines sound profile. One could also point to the fact that the Soviet submarine U-137 had run aground in the Karlskrona archipelago in October 1981. Already at that time scepticism appeared among media and politicians. Particularly sceptical were the Social Democrats. They thought it was strange that the Navy failed to get one single hostile submarine to the surface - alternatively not managed to sink someone. The suspicion was that it was in fact NATO submarines that tested the Swedish defence capability. The Swedish Navy's leadership would have prior knowledge of when and how the "infringements" would happen. The depth charges that the Navy fired were directed in such a way that the "offending" submarines would not be damaged. A Submarine Safety Commission was appointed to investigate about the "infringements". In 1983, the Commission concluded that the Soviet Union must be held responsible for the Hårsfjärden incident. The Government submitted a protest to the Soviet Union.

Lars Borgnäs writes in his book The National Interest that the former U.S. Secretary of Defence, Caspar Weinberger and England's former Navy Minister Keith Speed ​​much later confirmed that it was NATO that was behind the "infringements". It was simply a military exchange that NATO had in full agreement with the Swedish Navy. In 1994 it became known that the propeller sounds that the Swedish Navy had recorded were in fact sounds from swimming minks .

The infringements created a lasting rift between the government and senior naval officers. They felt that the government had shown indulgence toward the Soviet Union. The situation became acute prior Palme's planned visit to Moscow in April 1986. The officers suspected that Palme would sell out the interests of Sweden to the Soviet leaders. They signed a petition against Palme who later became known as "The Naval Officer Insurrection". There were Officers who openly designated Palme as a traitor and that he therefore "must be removed".

When considering the motives, with the CIA as a major conspirator, one has to remember that throughout the postwar period the U.S. had made ​​ardent attempts to affiliate Sweden to NATO. The idea was that NATO would definitely secure the northern flank by Sweden's membership. The CIA regarded Palme as the person who blocked an affiliation. Other leading Social Democrats were not a problem. That the CIA and NATO cooperates closely is well known. It's likely that the CIA orchestrated a turn of events, starting with the submarine infringements, which would destabilize Palme's position in Sweden and on the world political arena. When one look at the CIA's methods of removing unwanted political leaders, in other regions, the approach is well recognized. When the leader is destabilized the operation facilitates in subsequent phases. I'm talking about the acquisition of associates, logistics, etc. to perform the elimination. There are many theories regarding how many people who have been part of the conspiracy. The best-informed analysts believe that a few people are included in the innermost circle. This is likely to believe because the risks of the operation increases as the number of members of the conspiracy increases. Risk of leakage, defection, etc. is always there. How many people indirectly involved in one way or another is impossible to know. One can participate in a conspiracy even through failure to take action.

The murder

The assassination of Olof Palme on February 28, 1986, has been designed as a spectacular False Flag operation. The official version is that Palme was murdered at the store Dekorima, Sveavägen, Stockholm. I believe that Palme was not murdered at Dekorima. The reason the conspirators chose this "crime scene" was to get as much attention as possible. People gathered at the "crime scene" in the days after the murder. The media was there to report. The impact was enormous.

The "crime scene" had been prepared in various ways. The bloodstain in the above picture does not contain any blood. Paint has been poured out. Real blood does not flow out in the way shown in the picture. Blood coagulates quickly. The accumulation is thickest in the middle and then gets thinner and thinner towards the edges. In the picture you can see that the accumulation is even thick right out to the edges. The part of the stain that is along the bottom of the image has the shape of a V.

"perpetrator" by car.

As the operation was designed, there was a risk that "real" witnesses could be at the "crime scene". Otherwise, I believe that the people who figured as witnesses have in most cases been part of the conspiracy. The official version is that on the night of the murder, Olof and Lisbeth Palme visited the Grand cinema at Sveavägen, Stockholm. I think they didn't visit the cinema. Lisbeth Palme has not been at the "crime scene". Other people have figured as Olof and Lisbeth Palme. The "perpetrator" fled via the stairs up towards Malmskillnadsgatan. My suspicion is that Mike Townley has figured as the "perpetrator" at Dekorima. I have previously mentioned Townley in connection with the assassination attempt on Sixten, Christmas 1965.

There are private investigators who claim that Olof Palme was not murdered. He would then have been transported by air to another country within Europe after the "murder". There he had been granted asylum by the government of the country in question. I consider these types of claims to be unrealistic. Those who knew the person Olof Palme know that he would never participate in such a conspiracy. I propose the following scenario for the Palme Murder: Palme had been invited on the night of the murder for some good food and fun at a good friend's house. During the intercourse, he was poisoned. He was then transported to a suitable location to have one or two gunshot wounds administered. Finally, he was transported during the night to Sabbatsberg Hospital.

Cover up
In the professional handling of the operation that the Palme murder constitutes it also includes planning for the probable course of events after the murder. A key element of the strategy relates to the deployment of false trails. The CIA has a plethora of behavioual scientists in their ranks because intelligence in many ways is a discipline related to psychology. These people's job is to outline strategies for dealing with the mass media effects that follow in the wake of various types of operations. The basic idea is that misinformation should occupy the media and investigators to the extent that the relevant trails get low priority. The Audit Commission provides an example of how misinformation can be designed. At page 434 you can find the following:

"In this case , he submitted what Roland S called 'three-step information' . This means that the informant first leaves a true information that is easy to verify. Then, gives a true information that is difficult to verify. Finally, gives an false information that is impossible to verify."

The informant is a so-called information swindler who worked for the CIA and a number of other organizations with intelligence on their program. Private investigators have succeeded in identifying a plurality of information swindlers who appeared in the Palme murder investigation. The swindlers task has been to fabricate false trails that would lead the investigation away from suspicions of a conspiracy. At first, the media became an easy prey to their business. Some false trails were exposed heavily in media, which meant that the Police felt pressured to do follow-ups. This was a time consuming job which gave the conspirators the time they wanted. The first false trail the Police processed was the so-called PKK trail (PKK is a Kurdish organization regarded as terrorists by the CIA). This trail ended in failure. The Police Head, Hans Holmér, who was responsible for the decision to process the trail was forced to resign. Another part of the misinformation included planting of trails that would lead to lone madmen. In my initial hypothesis, this is where I have posed in the investigation. The CIA failed greatly both with me and a number of other candidates. When they finally decided to go for Christer Pettersson the fiasco was completed.

The CIA has always had a firm grasp of the Palme investigation. Already on the night of the murder the Police interrogated a number of witnesses about their observations. Several interrogation reports were published. When you compare what some witnesses said in their first interview with what they said in later interviews it is clear that some came under pressure. They changed their testimonies on key points. This becomes particularly clear for the "dangerous" witnesses who might suggest a conspiracy.

The so-called Grand Man is a false trail. The purpose of the trail is to strengthen the Police's hypothesis about the lone madman. The Grand Man is the presumed perpetrator in connection with his appearance at the cinema Grand - the cinema that spouses Palme are alleged to have  visited the night of the murder. The Grand Man would have waited at the cinema to see in what direction the spouses were to go after the show ended. He then moved on foot on Sveavägen's west side walk down to Dekorima. The Grand Man is the Police's fabrication to fit Christer Pettersson into the role of the lone madman. The private investigator, Mr. Sven Anér, has shown that the Police has been engaged in suspicious evidence forgery to get the testimonies against the Grand Man ( = Christer Pettersson ) to fit.

Seven years after the murder the theories of the so-called Dekorima Man were presented in major Swedish media. The Finnish women "Katya" and "Pirjo" have testified concerning the Dekorima Man:
The man stood at the corner of Dekorima. They have revealed that they asked him what time it was - because none of them had her own watch at the moment. Just then he received a message over the walkie-talkie he was carrying. He replied to the message. They also saw that he had a gun under his arm. Shortly after they had left the scene, they heard a "bang", but decided to continue homewards. The following day they took part of the news of the murder. They then understood that they could have seen the supposed perpetrator. They agreed not to mention the incident to anyone. This trail lacks credibility. One could suspect that the trail has been planted as revenge for the Police's treatment of Christer Pettersson.

The Audit Commission addresses the CIA trail at 17 pages in their report (pp. 428-445 ). In 1988 the Palme murder deputy investigation chief, Mr. Ingemar Krusell, had sent a letter to the Department of Foreign Affairs. The idea was that the letter would be forwarded to the Swedish Embassy in Washington. Mr. Wilhelm Wachtmeister was the ambassador at that time. Krusell desired increased knowledge of the CIA for the assessment of reconnaissance lookups. Secretary of the State Department, Mr. Pierre Schori, assessed the inquiry as questionable why it was never sent to the embassy. Krusell had compiled the following questions:

1) What status occupies the CIA today in relation to the government and parliament ?

2) Has the CIA through constitution or otherwise been assigned to any stand-alone status in respect of execution of the security or the formulation of its policy on political issues?

3) What is the CIA's primary mission today, and how is the business organized?

4) How did the U.S. regard Sweden and Swedish policy at the time of the assassination of Prime Minister Olof Palme? (the issue is set against the background of the 'marks' made ​​by the U.S. side during the Vietnam War era, recall of the ambassador, etc.)

5 ) Which direction can one presume that the CIA had for its operations in Sweden in the mid 80's?

6) Was there at the beginning of 1986 any reason for the U.S. and its intelligence agency, CIA, based on an objective assessment - to regard the person and politician Olof Palme as such a danger to their own interests, that the removal of him was close at hand?

7) Is it in the perspective of ​​foreign policy issues such as frequent phenomenon that the great powers intelligence organizations eliminate respectively let remove them politically inconvenient people in the state leading function? (the issue is set based on the currently frequent demur, that the superpower's in question loss of goodwill at the discovery of its intelligence organization being perpetrator is much greater than the possible benefits of the removal of the person in question).

My comment on the above:
It's interesting to see that Krusell's letter consists of relevant issues. You can imagine that he at that time, two years after the murder, was seeking information that could confirm that the murder riddle's solution was to be found in a context where it became inaccessible. I don't think Krusell had expected any answers - but still the letter earned its purpose as a mark from the investigation.

Nazis / fascists within the Swedish police and military have contributed to the planning and execution of the murder. The then President of the United States, George Bush (b. 1924 - d. 2018), was the most politically responsible for the decision to eliminate Olof Palme. An insane decision that still to this day damages the US reputation in Sweden.


Further Attempts By The CIA
In 1997 the Nazi Mats Hinze was caught when he was on his way to plant a bomb at Millesgården, Lidingö, Stockholm. I was scheduled, a.m. September the 5th, for an eye exam of my then 8 year old daughter, at a clinic located near Millesgården. I had to cancel the visit late in the afternoon on the 4th because my daughter got ill. It was with some surprise that I read in the major Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter, the day after, that Hinze had been arrested.



In June 1999 a bank robbery occurred at Swedbank, Trollbäcken. The robbers made a brutal approach which allowed the offense to receive much attention. Since I lived in the neighborhood I used to visit the shopping center where the bank was located several times a week. To my surprise the people I met watched at me suspiciously. Later I learned that the Police had spread the rumor that I would have participated in the robbery.

Later in the summer, in 1999, a number of forest fires occurred in southern Stockholm. Again I was told that the Police spread the rumor that I was the perpetrator.

On the 28th of June 1999, at about 9 a.m. , one of my neighbors, SF, came over to me with his 7 year old daughter. I was at home alone with my daughter. Now and then my daughter used to play with his. He offered to go out on an excursion with the girls. I was surprised at this offer because he had never been out with them in that way before. I accepted immediately the offer because I had a doctor's appointment booked at 11am at Trollbäcken's Medical Center (I was treated for a slipped disc). As I sat in the waiting room at the Center, several nurses came in and looked at me suspiciously. When I came in to the doctor's office (she was a summer substitute) she examined my back. Then she started asking questions that related to my mental health. She insinuated that I was mentally ill. I dismissed this and left the health Center almost immediately. Later in the day I heard on the radio that the journalist Peter Karlsson and his son suffered a blasts at the Stockholm suburb Nacka. They were both seriously injured by a car bomb. The attack occurred at 10:30 a.m. Address: Lasarettsvägen 7.

These events, in 1999, occurred shortly after the Audit Commission published its report of the Palme murder.

During the period 1978 - 1982, I lived at street address Lövsätragränd at the Stockholm suburb Sätra. I used to help my neighbor, VB, with his annual income tax return. I went on with this assignment after that I moved to Tyresö. On October 12, 1999, the Syndicalist Björn Söderberg was murdered in an apartment quite close to VB's. I have read the District Court's verdict against those who carried out the murder. The verdict can be found online.



Söderberg had worked as a summer temp at Esselte Svanström's warehouse at the Stockholm suburb Skärholmen. In the same premises was also Robert Vesterlund - well known Nazi at Info 14.



Vesterlund appeared in T-shirts with Nazi symbols and played white-power music. Vesterlund was a Union representative. Söderberg "revealed" Vesterlund to the management. Vesterlund was fired. Söderberg also contacted the newspaper Arbetaren (The Worker) who wrote a story about it. The District Court considers that the murder of Söderberg was a retaliation for his disclosure of Vesterlund. It has been substantiated that there were links between the Nazis who carried out the murder and Vesterlund - but Vesterlund was acquitted of the murder. Säpo peered on the three that performed the murder that particular evening. Twenty minutes before the fatal shots fell Säpo canceled their reconnaissance. The following day Säpo contacted the Police's homicide department which led to the perpetrators' arrest. The questions you can ask in connection to this story are:

Who arranged the summer substitution for Söderberg?
Who at the Union had the responsibility for Vesterlund´s appointment as a Union representative?
Who at Säpo ordered that the reconnaissance would be suspended 20 minutes before the murder?

It's known that the perpetrators had access to walki-talkies at the murder.


In 2009 Mr. Rikard Karlsson was murdered in a property located a few hundred yards from my then home address. Murderer: Pepe Berglund. He tried to flee but was arrested shortly after the murder. It has been established that Berglund was mentally ill. I can't rule out that this was an attempt to frame me (= the lone madman scenario) .

In 2010 I worked as a teacher (economics) for the education businesses Mindful and Lernia. I always used to start the courses by introducing myself. I emphasize then that  I'm married and have two kids. Nonetheless, it was very clear that, in both of these schools, they had rigged up female students who would act as honey traps.
