CIA - A Terror Network.

The CIA is located in Langley, Virginia, USA. The organization in its current form was created in 1947. Its main task is to provide the U.S. government, and a number of authorities, with intelligence information. In conjunction with Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor ,in 1941, serious shortcomings in the U.S. military intelligence service were revealed. Under the leadership of President Truman shortly thereafter The OSS (Office of Strategic Services ) was formed, which then became the forerunner of the CIA. Today it has about 16 000 employees within the main organization in the United States. Global operates about 1 million individuals within the organization. The author Mr. William Blum (has been working for the CIA) is one of the persons who attempted to map the CIA's activities. He has compiled the following:

Blum is the author of the book "The CIA and America's real foreign policy," Epsilon Press, 1998. The above list is presented in the book. The main contents of the book have been published in several editions - the first one already in 1986.

The CIA had its golden age in the 50's and 60's. You could say that the organization became a state within the state. Its main task was to fight communism throughout the world. Already shortly after World War 2 it was clear to the American politicians that Moscow had the ambition to export its ideology to other regions. The Soviet Union made sure that the marionettes that they added to the so-called Satellite States fulfilled their duties. Any attempt to secession was crushed by force. One of the most notorious examples was the Hungarian uprising in 1956.

During the 50's and 60's the Western European middle class was brought to the consciousness of the colonial barbarism practised around the world. Usually it was radical leftist movements in the Western Europe who revealed the prevailing ills. They demanded freedom for the colonies that suffered. The situation was considered particularly severe on the African continent. A number of conflicts flared up in the corrupt colonies. This resulted in increased commitments of the United Nations. Mr. Dag Hammarskjöld was the UN Secretary General for the period 1953 - 1961. He became deeply involved in the African conflicts until his tragic death. In September 1961 Hammarskjöld and his associates were on a flight in North Rhodesia (now Zambia). They had planned negotiations with the leaders of the breakaway province Katanga. Shortly before they were to land in Ndola the plane crashed. All 16 on board were killed. The investigators concluded that it was an accident. In the 00's, a number of investigative journalists and authors revived the investigation about the "accident". Several testimonies from people on the ground suggest that Hammarskjöld's DC 6 was attacked by two fighter aircraft just before the crash. They could see "fireballs" at the plane. The question marks are many about this event, but evidence suggests that the CIA and the British National Intelligence Service MI5 are behind this operation.

Hammarskjöld's "crime" was that he had expressed sympathy for the African Freedom Fighters cause. He then became to constitute a threat to the colonizers major economic interests (gold, diamonds) in the region. These thought they had no other alternative than to eliminate Hammarskjöld.



When studying Blum's death list, there is one name that stands out, namely Charles de Gaulle, president of France. He was a nationalist and conservative. He had a background as a general in the French army. How did he end up on the CIA's death list? Couldn't de Gaulle be the perfect partner to the CIA because he was not a Communist? That simple is (unfortunately) not the CIA's logic. The truth is that anyone who has the audacity to go against the CIA's political conception risks to be eliminated. Then it doesn't matter if he is a Communist or not.

Algeria had served as a French colony since the mid-1800's. The Algerian people had never accepted the French authority. The armed uprisings were many. In the mid-1950's, the Algerian FLN guerrilla movement succeeded in freeing some areas that later could be used as bases for continued warfare. France increased its military presence and had at most about 500 000 soldiers on the ground. France's military successes was absent. In the meantime opposition to the war within the French public opinion raised. In 1958 de Gaulle was appointed as the new president. With his military background he had realized the hopelessness of continuing warfare in Algeria. He then sought political solutions. This was dismissed by the CIA and the French generals who were resident in Algeria. They thought that the country would become a Soviet satellite state if the guerrillas were allowed to take over. In 1961 the generals made a coup attempt. Under the leadership of General Challe they proclaimed a takeover in Algeria. Challe had previously held the post as supreme commander of NATO's Allied Forces in Central Europe. After four days, the coup had been suppressed. Seven years of war was over. In 1962 the Algerians voted for independence and on the 3^rd of July the country was proclaimed as an independent state.

In 1960 France detonated its first nuclear bomb. It took place in the Algerian desert. France had established itself as one of the world's strongest nuclear powers. US still had military bases in France - all in accordance with the agreements reached after WW 2. After the war ended French colonial interests, including Indochina, collided with the United States. Because of this there was resistance within the French military regarding the US military presence in France. The relationship between Paris and Washington deteriorated further after the assassination of John F. Kennedy in 1963. From photos of Kennedy's funeral, one can see how de Gaulle stands at attention, in his general's uniform, at Kennedy's coffin.

America's new president, Lyndon B. Johnson, was not the interlocutor that de Gaulle wanted. Differences in opinions regarding France's role in NATO finally caused de Gaulle, in February 1966, to give NATO and the United States a deadline for when the bases in France would be under French control - or liquidated.

Blum writes that between 1958 and the mid-60s there were about 30 serious attempted murders of Charles de Gaulle."It is said that it is a world record for a head of state", Blum writes. He does not mention what might be behind all of these attempted murders - but an educated guess may be the right-wing terrorist organization OAS, which had its base in the Algerian capital. OAS "speciality" was to blow up innocent Algerians in the air.

In the following Blum is referring to a front page article in the Chicago Tribune in 1975:

In 1965 or 1966 it's said that dissidents in de Gaulle's government have contacted the CIA for help with the murdering of the French leader .......
............ A hired killer, armed with a finger ring containing poison would be hidden in a group of old French soldiers when General de Gaulle held a reception for them. The murderer would act late in the day when it was supposed that de Gaulle's hand would be exhausted and perhaps even numb after shaking hundreds of hands. The killer should in mortal friendship shake the general's hand and he would not notice the little poison twinge when it went through his skin. The killer would then stroll away and mix with the crowd while the poison started to flow through de Gaulle's veins to reach the heart or brain, depending on what deadly poison was to be used. How fast death would occur were not disclosed if it even was discussed then.
In the outlined plans presented to congressional leaders there was no description of how the CIA's actual role would be if the plans were completed.

William Blum presents 55 cases in his book where the CIA intervened in the period 1945 - 1991. As the book only spans about 500 pages it becomes relatively short depictions for each intervention. Yet it's more than enough to the reader to get an insight into how the CIA and their military collaborators look at the world.

In Blum's depiction of the various interventions given the Communist threat is almost exclusively mentioned as reason. Even in regions where Communism has been an unknown concept to the residents they have justified the interventions because of "Communism". It has basically been irrelevant what motives been cited by the CIA and the military as long as the word "Communism" is inserted in the reporting. The main purpose of the reporting has been to keep members of the Congress in a good mood. That's where it's determined what appropriations the CIA would get. The CIA has also made sure that the various operations are presented as if they were rested on legal grounds. Human rights violations, etc. do not occur. In this way they wanted to give US politicians a picture of "decency". The reality has been proved to be another. Terrible atrocities and mass executions of innocent people (including women and children) have taken place in several operations. The only "fault" that has been burdened those executed have been that they were in a "Communist" area. Another element is biological warfare. Here they have spread deadly airborne virus that made the "Communists" become ill and unable to battle. The list is long but I limit myself to these examples.

William Blum and a number of other American authors in the business have primarily aimed at an international audience. We know that revelations can get a much better effect if they become known to the US allies on other continents. In Western Europe the support for human rights remains strong. The CIA's and the US military enormous offence to international law around the world must be brought to the light.

Haspel has been criticized for using torture during her career at the CIA, and for involvement in destroying records of such torture. In late October 2002, Haspel became a chief of base for a "black site" CIA torture prison located in Thailand. She worked at a site that was codenamed "Cat's Eye", which would later become known as the place where suspected al Qaeda terrorist members Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri and Abu Zubaydah were detained and tortured with waterboarding. In early February 2017, The New York Times and ProPublica reported that these waterboardings were both conducted under Haspel. In March 2018, U.S. officials said that Haspel was not involved in the torture of Zubaydah, as she only became chief of base after Zubaydah was tortured. ProPublica and The New York Times issued corrections to their stories but noted that Haspel was involved in the torture of al-Nashiri. Haspel played a role in the destruction of 92 interrogation videotapes that showed the torture of detainees both at the black site she ran and other secret agency locations.

In the fall of 2022, I have found that the top management of the CIA is a bunch of gangsters. This is what the American taxpayers are paying for. There is no indication that the American politicians would like to correct the wrongs. I consider the CIA to be an amateur institution. Clowns like Gina Haspel have ruined the CIA's reputation around the world. I call on the CIA to leave Spain. There is no need for American gangsters on the Costa del Sol.

The CIA's Marking of Operations.
The CIA "labels" its operations in order to inform the inner circle that it is precisely they who are behind a certain operation. Many operations presented in this blog are V-marked. As an example could the murder of James Dean (1955) be mentioned.



The CIA has found that the Cholame Junction was a suitable place to form a fictive car accident. The junction has the shape of a V.



James Dean participated in the war on semen. On the above photo he forms two V with his left hand and one V with his right. This was a way to tell the market that he was working for Jehovah's. James Dean was just one of many Hollywood stars who was murdered. I have studied photos from them an found that all had marked one or more V with their hands or other body parts.



O-ring is a common marking - mainly with women. They mark that they in one way or another participate in the war on semen. The CIA can then locate the murders of these women to places that are circular when viewed from above in Google Maps.

Example: On September 21, 1976, politician Orlando Letelier and his aide, Ronni Moffitt, were killed by a car bomb. It exploded while they passed the Sheridan Circle, Washington DC, USA.

Other ways to mark operations could be to refer to street names and names of buildings near the crime scene. In the map above could "Rock Creek" and the divided streets above that name refer to me. On September 21, 1976, I worked for the Swedish Trade Commissioner, Chicago.

Operation "Water".

2019-08-04
I discovered a water leakage in my apartment. Water flowed in from apartment F13, the apartment above mine. I reported via email to the apartment complexes administrative unit, Gestoria Bravo. I had noted that there had been a whole lot of hammering and drilling in F13 during the latest months. I thought that someone could have damaged a water pipeline because of that. It was obvious that the leakage had been going on for a long time.  The complex has several central where the water supply can be turned off for each individual apartment. The complexes caretaker has access to any central. He can turn off the supply to an apartment if he is instructed by Gestoria Bravo to do so.

2019-08-05
The caretaker inspected the water damage in my apartment. He said he was trying to reach someone in F13 but no one was there. He confirmed that the water would be turned off to F13. During the afternoon I noted that the water supply to F13 had been turned off. I requested by email to Gestoria Bravo to get the name and address of the owner of F13.

2019-08-08
Gestoria Bravo wrote in an email that they could not disclose the name and address of the owner of F13. They referred to the Data Protection Act.

2019-08-20
Water flowed into my apartment again. I tried to contact the caretaker but it was reported that he would be available on 2019-08-21.

2019-08-21
I called the caretaker and asked him to turn off the water to F13. He refused and referred to Gestoria Bravo. I reported via email to Gestoria Bravo that someone had turned on the water to F13.

2019-08-22
Gestoria Bravo wrote in an email that the water leakage was a "private" problem between me and the owner of F13. They suggested me to contact the owner of F13. I replied to the email and pointed out that I didn't have the name and address of the owner. I asked Gestoria Bravo to disclose the name and address. No answer.

I did some research on the "water leakage". The "leakage" is concentrated to the kitchen. I have used foam rubber to collect the "leaked" water. I have done this in intervals of 2,5 hours. I've measured the amount of water I've dried up. From this I have calculated the water flow per unit of time. The flow varied greatly during the day. This means that there is a person in F13 who controls the flow. The water is directed down to my apartment with intent by this person.

Gina Haspel is responsible for this idiocy. Haspel joined the CIA in 1985. She has been very active in Europe.  I present many of her victims under the section Victims To The Swedish Nazi Violence. I believe she is responsible for at least 50 murders in Sweden solely. She is a seriously mentally ill person.

During the spring of 2016 I was tipped off about illegal surveillance from apartment F13. It is possible to look through a concrete wall or a floor with the help from electronic equipment. This kind of equipment generates radio frequents radiation. You can detect it with help from a Radio Frequency Detector (RF-Detector).

Water Damages.


A section of a wall in the living room has been damaged.


Two kitchen cabinets have been destroyed.


The worktop in the kitchen has been destroyed. It has
been bent and does not seal against the sink.

I have tried to get in touch with the owner of apartment F13 via Gestoria Bravo. It has failed. On 2019-08-31 I noticed that the "leakage" into the kitchen had ceased. Instead, the water had been administered to a wall section near the kitchen (see picture above). On 2019-09-05 this "leakage" was still going on.

A new damage has emerged. A section of a wall in the

I urge the owner of apartment 13 F, Mr. Rafael Hernandez Berenguer, to contact me regarding the water damages.

I've been trying to get in touch with Mr. Hernandez Berenguer for submitting my claims for compensation. It has failed. In such a situation, the Spanish Insurance Act stipulates that I can direct my claims to my insurance company. Today
Caser Seguros has paid me 1046 EUR which will cover the costs of the water damage.

Sabotage Of Car Tire And Theft Of Camera.
In recent weeks, I noticed that the air pressure in one of my car's tires tended to drop. I disassembled the tire and then saw that someone had pulled a screw (about 25 mm long) into the tire. Since I was aware that this was a sabotage, I photographed the retracted screw. A man on a motorcycle was near my car when I took the photo. Then I went to a tire company that repaired the tire.

Today I discovered that the camera was missing in my apartment. Someone has entered the apartment with the help of a key. This key was made by a locksmith who had previously examined my door lock while I was out. I had installed a new locking piston on 2021-03-11. I'm monitored from the apartment above mine. The people (criminals) who operate from there have been able to see that the camera was on a table in the apartment while I was out. Then the attack took place. You could say that I am in the paradise of the Russian Mafia. Anything can happen.

On 2021-05-10, I reported to the police in Torremolinos about the theft of a camera in my apartment. Today, 2021-05-13, I discovered that someone had stolen a mixer bowl from my apartment. The thieves have entered the apartment with the help of a key. I had bought a new locking piston at Bauhaus in Malaga on 2021-05-11. I assembled it the same day. The thieves are located in apartments in the El Coloso residential complex, Benalmadéna Costa. They have been able to see that I made the purchase at Bauhaus because my car is bugged (GPS bug). They have also seen that I bought a similar locking piston at Bauhaus on 2021-03-11. When I arrived at Bauhaus, at the purchase on 2021-05-11, I went to the shelf where the locking pistons are placed. I was surprised to see that only two pistons were found on the shelf. My assumption is as follows:

When the thieves saw that I was on my way to Bauhaus, one of them called someone in the staff in the store. They then instructed this staff to remove all but two pistons from the shelf. All data for the keys that belonged to the two pistons that were left on the shelf were then scanned. When I left Bauhaus, someone in the staff checked which piston I bought and then notified the thieves at El Coloso. According to the recite I got when I checked out from Bauhaus the date and time was 2021-05-11, 14:24.


Spyware Warning, $WINDOWS.~ BT.
In early September 2021, I discovered that the spyware $WINDOWS.~ BT had been installed on my computer. The program has a size of 7.65 MB, 60 files and 7 folders. It is difficult to detect. My assumption is that I have been spied on since the beginning of 2019. The program has entered my computer in connection with updating Windows. The antivirus programs I used could not detect $WINDOWS.~ BT. The program is added to the Windows root directory. It delivers data from the hard disc drive via the browser to the spy. Files and folders in the program are hidden.



Enter the Windows Control Panel. Search for "Hidden Files and Folders". In the dialog box above, click "Show hidden files, folders, and drives." You can now see if you have $WINDOWS.~ BT in the Windows root directory. If the program is there, you can try to delete it. If you are denied due to lack of authorisation , you can try to cut out the folder $WINDOWS.~ BT and then paste it on a blank USB memory stick. Then format the USB memory. Reinstall Windows. Remove everything. Done.

Recycle Bin - a way to hide viruses.
The Recycle Bin in Windows is linked to the $Recycle.Bin folder. The files you delete end up in the folder if you do not choose to delete them permanently. Here, the hackers have found a loophole in the antivirus programs available on the market. The antivirus program does not assume that what is in the Recycle Bin is malicious code. Therefore, the program cannot detect the viruses that the hackers enter there. $Recycle.Bin is a so-called system folder. It's hidden. You can view it according to the instructions for $WINDOWS ~ BT (see above). If you have external hard drives, USB sticks, etc., it may be a good idea to check that $Recycle.Bin is not there. In early October, 2021, I discovered that the folder was on one of my computers' hard drive. When I reviewed the content, it turned out that an alternative version of Windows was there. It was the spy version of Windows. The spy center had installed the program via one of the two GPS trackers that were installed in my car. When I started Windows, it was the spy version that started. The original version was blocked from starting. When I tried to reinstall Windows from a USB stick, I was notified that a system error was preventing the installation. After removing the GPS trackers that were in my car, I was able to remove $Recycle.Bin. It is shocking that the hackers have come so far that they have been able to modify Windows. Keys to the program are required to be able to implement such a thing. Only people in Microsoft may have contributed the required resources.

In May 2013, the news exploded that the US intelligence agent, Edward Snowden, had "resigned" from his assignment with the National Security Agency (NSA). He had initially taken refuge in Hong Kong. Snowden's official statement was that he had conscientious objections to the NSA's surveillance program. In early June, he revealed thousands of classified documents he had come across at the NSA. Newspapers such as The Guardian and The Washington Post published parts of the material. On June 21, the US authorities called Snowden for espionage. He then flew to Moscow. He sought political asylum in Russia, which was granted. He now has a permanent residence permit in Russia.

In 2013, I was on my way in the blog legalscandal.info. I knew I was being monitored by the CIA. Therefore, I was not surprised by Snowden's revelations. Developments in IT have created the conditions for mass monitoring. In the fall of 2021, I revealed how my car, a Hyundai i20, had been bugged with sixteen GPS trackers. My suspicion is that this type of monitoring is extensive. Of course, this is a matter of serious crime. It is very difficult for the individual car buyer to assess whether the car he / she buys contains electronics that provide the opportunity for monitoring. If the car manufacturer delivers a car that is prepared to activate a GPS tracker, it is not criminal. It is only when it is activated, without the car owner's knowledge, that the crime occurs. The tracker can be activated via the interface that controls the electronics. The Body Comfort Module that is in my Hyundai i20 is nothing but a computer. Hyundai's service workshops have the equipment required to check the module.

There is reason for organizations / authorities with a focus on consumer's rights to review the legislation that applies in this area. Personally, I believe that the car manufacturer should have an obligation to openly declare whether a car is prepared to activate a GPS tracker.
